Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Social Impact Officer to drive program development and evaluation within a fully remote team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and assessing initiatives that create measurable community benefits, with collaboration across NGOs, government, and corporate partners.

Qualifications

Master's degree in International Development or related field.
≥5 years in program management or impact assessment.
Ability to design, implement, and evaluate social impact initiatives.
Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Experience using project management software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Design and manage social impact projects from inception to completion.
Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to identify intervention areas.
Monitor and evaluate program performance using data.
Build relationships with community stakeholders, NGOs, government agencies, and partners.
Develop reports, proposals, and presentations communicating progress and impact.
Stay updated on trends and innovations in social impact and community development.
