Qualifications

• MBA or related master's degree required.
• 8+ years in management consulting or business transformation.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience with change management and digital enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of transformation programs across processes, organization, and technology.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify improvements and risks.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, action plans, and change strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and align objectives.
• Manage project teams, budgets, and timelines to ensure outcomes.
• Advise senior leadership on best practices for change management and execution.
• Deliver presentations and reports to client stakeholders.
