Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Senior Consultant specializing in Change Management to guide organizations through major transformations, ensuring adoption and minimizing resistance.

You will develop strategies, assess readiness, design communication and engagement programs, deliver virtual training, monitor progress, and collaborate with project teams and leadership to align change initiatives with overall goals in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, HR, or related field.
• 6-8 years of change management consulting or leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans tailored to client needs.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify risks and barriers.
• Design and deliver communication and engagement programs to foster stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop training materials and facilitate virtual training sessions for employees.
• Monitor change progress, gather feedback, and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to align change initiatives with project goals.
