Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Consultant to join a fully remote team. You will guide organizations through digital transformation, process re-engineering, and organizational development, leveraging cross-functional collaboration across time zones.

The role requires leadership of large-scale transformation programs in remote settings, with a focus on measurable business outcomes, change management, and stakeholder engagement across industries.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting, focusing on business transformation, digital strategy, or organizational change.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programs, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Expertise in process re-engineering, agile methodologies, and digital technologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Asana, Jira) and project management software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, adapted for virtual environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results remotely.
• Experience working with clients across diverse industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive business transformation strategies, including digital, operational, and organizational aspects.
• Assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage cross-functional project teams in a virtual environment, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of transformation objectives.
• Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and roadmaps.
• Facilitate virtual workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions using advanced collaboration technologies.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and performance metrics to track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journey.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in business transformation and digital innovation.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and business development efforts related to transformation consulting.
