You will shape roadmaps, manage multi-million Rand projects, develop innovative frameworks, and oversee client relationships at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting with leadership experience.
• Led multi-million Rand projects.
• Expertise in strategic planning, digital transformation, or operational excellence.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of large-scale strategic projects for major clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop innovative consulting frameworks and methodologies to address emerging business challenges.
• Manage client relationships at the executive level, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for follow-on work.
• Oversee the development of detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Present complex findings and strategic recommendations to senior client leadership and stakeholders.
