Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Consultant to guide clients through strategic change from a remote-first hub across South Africa. You will lead multi-disciplinary transformation programs, craft data-driven roadmaps, and mentor project teams while managing remote stakeholder engagement.

Requirements include a Master’s degree or MBA and 6+ years in management consulting with a track record in change management and digital strategy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in management consulting with focus on transformation/digital strategy.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformation projects in remote/distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Miro).
• Ability to lead and motivate teams remotely.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and time management in remote work.
• Legally authorized to work in South Africa for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex business transformation projects, focusing on strategy, process, and technology integration.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of client organizations to identify key challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop innovative, data-driven strategies and implementation roadmaps for business change.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive consensus and buy-in.
• Oversee the execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project teams and client personnel.
• Manage client relationships remotely, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in business transformation.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to executive-level clients.
