Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Change Management and Business Transformation. This fully remote role from Polokwane, Limpopo enables you to guide clients through major change programs, ensuring adoption of new processes with measurable impact.

You will lead change initiatives, design communications and training, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to proposals while supporting business development. Remote work offers strong work-life balance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• 5-7 years of change management, organizational development, or business transformation consulting.
• Experience leading change management strategies across industries.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
• Assess organizational readiness and identify adoption barriers.
• Design and deliver communication and training programs for change initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to build buy-in and manage resistance.
• Develop metrics to measure change effectiveness and track progress.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Advise clients on best practices in change management and organizational design.
• Manage change workstreams within larger transformation projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities.
• Support business development with proposals and client pitches.
