Placements24 seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in Change Management and Transformation to guide large-scale organizational shifts in a fully remote setting. You will partner with clients and internal teams across South Africa to diagnose change needs and design interventions that drive adoption and organizational agility.

• Minimum 5 years in change management consulting or related transformation roles.
• Proven ability to design and implement change management strategies including communications and training.
• Strong knowledge of change management models (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills in virtual settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with cross-level influence.
• Experience managing complex projects with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale organizational transformations.
• Assess organizational readiness for change, identifying potential risks and barriers to adoption.
• Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs.
• Coach and advise senior leaders and change champions on effective change leadership.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and team sessions to build consensus and drive engagement.
• Develop metrics and tools to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and employee adoption.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall program plans.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and methodologies in change management and organizational design.
• Support the development of proposals and client pursuits related to transformation services.
