• Expertise in process optimization, organizational design, change management, and digital strategy.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding virtual communication, facilitation, and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business transformation projects from assessment to implementation.
• Analyze business processes, organizational structures, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute comprehensive transformation strategies, including digital, operational, and organizational aspects.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of project milestones.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
• Advise senior executives on change management, risk mitigation, and best practices for transformation.
