Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our fully remote team. You will drive growth across industries, build strong client and candidate relationships, and manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns in a remote-first environment.

You’ll lead sourcing efforts, conduct interviews, and provide market insights to clients while collaborating with internal teams. A minimum of five years in recruitment, strong communication, and the ability to work independently

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract high-caliber candidates across diverse sectors.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to offer and acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice on talent acquisition trends and compensation.
• Participate in business development to expand client base.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, direct outreach).
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM and collaborate with internal teams.
