Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sandton team and lead IT recruitment across software, cybersecurity, and cloud roles. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and drive growth in our technology practice.

You will mentor junior consultants, develop sourcing strategies, and stay ahead of tech trends while achieving recruitment targets in a fast-paced office environment in Sandton.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT recruitment experience or strong IT recruitment background.
• Proven success recruiting for a range of IT roles (software, cybersecurity, cloud).
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for niche tech talent.
• Build and nurture relationships with IT clients.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments for skills, experience and fit.
• Negotiate competitive salary and benefits packages for candidates.
• Achieve and exceed recruitment targets as an individual and team.
• Stay updated on technology trends, tools and market dynamics.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
