Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for a fully remote role serving clients across South Africa. You will source, screen, and place top talent while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to strategic planning.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruitment experience, strong business development skills, and a deep understanding of the SA job market. You will work autonomously in a remote-first setup to drive growth and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment consultancy, track record of placing candidates in demanding roles.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify and engage high-calibre candidates using multiple channels.
• Screen candidates through in-depth interviews assessing skills and fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple vacancies.
• Build and nurture client relationships, understand hiring needs, provide recruitment guidance.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding for successful hires.
• Generate new business leads and expand the client base through proactive BD.
• Stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities.
