Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for a remote-first role based in Midrand, Gauteng. You will source, assess, and place top talent across various industries while managing client and candidate relationships remotely.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruitment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience with ATS and social sourcing tools. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with remote or hybrid experience advantageous.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment consultancy with SA market understanding.
• Proven success in managing complex recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
• Experience using ATS and social media sourcing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for diverse client needs.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice on talent strategies and compensation.
