Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its fully remote team. You will lead international talent acquisition, sourcing and placing professionals across industries, regions, and executive levels.

This remote role rewards autonomy, proactive business development, and strong client relationships. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for global clients, use ATS/CRM tools, and stay current with global labor trends.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in recruitment consultancy, with international or executive search experience.
• Ability to manage complex search assignments and achieve challenging placement targets.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international clients and source candidates globally.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent across industries and geographies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and consultative advice.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks.
• Negotiate and close offers to ensure a smooth process for clients and candidates.
• Utilize ATS/CRM systems and global talent databases effectively.
• Stay updated on global market trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to remote recruitment process improvements.
