Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant focused on Tech & Digital roles to join a fully remote team. You will manage the full lifecycle for mid to senior positions, sourcing from a global talent pool and delivering high-quality candidates to tech-focused clients across industries.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in recruitment with tech/digital focus.
• Proven track record placing Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts, UX Designers, etc.
• Strong understanding of technology landscape and market dynamics.
• Ability to manage high volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and digital roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify high-calibre candidates from a global pool.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments including technical screening and interviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their requirements.
• Provide market intelligence and consultative advice on talent acquisition strategies.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience through onboarding.
• Expand network within the tech community through online channels and virtual events.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets in a remote setting.
