Job summary

Placements24 on behalf of our client, a leading international construction consultancy, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a fully remote role. You will manage costs across multiple projects—from budgeting and estimation to final accounts—and collaborate with project teams, clients and contractors worldwide.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, a degree in Quantity Surveying, and MRICS or SACQSP is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• MRICS or SACQSP desirable.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive QS experience on diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates, budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare tender documents and analyse bids.
• Manage costs across the construction lifecycle incl. valuations and change orders.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Conduct cost control and risk management.
• Prepare final accounts and resolve disputes.
• Provide procurement advice and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, teams and contractors remotely.
