• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
• Proven experience leading QS teams on significant construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of contract forms (FIDIC, NEC).
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and remote collaboration skills.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, SAICE) is highly desirable.
