Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience with contract administration, cost control, and procurement methods.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills; commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, tender, and deliver construction contracts.
• Analyse and manage project costs, including feasibility studies and valuations.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Advise on procurement strategies and manage tender processes.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks through the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare cost reports for stakeholders.
