Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs across the construction lifecycle, working autonomously from a remote location and collaborating with project teams across South Africa. The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying with SACQSP accreditation, a minimum of 7 years' experience, and expertise in cost estimation, contract law, and tender processes.

Proficiency in QS software and strong communication skills are essential.

• Expertise in cost estimation, contract law, and tender processes.

• Strong analytical and financial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Manage and control all project costs from initial estimates to final accounts.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts and tender documents.
• Conduct remote site visits to assess progress and valuations.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks on construction projects.
• Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts for stakeholders.
• Advise on procurement strategies and contract administration best practices.
