Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of hands-on process engineering experience in design and optimization.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, CHEMCAD).
• Strong knowledge of reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and virtual collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of chemical processes from a remote setting.
• Conduct process analysis, including simulation, modeling, and scale-up studies using digital collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot complex process issues and provide expert guidance to global site teams.
• Develop process documentation (P&IDs, mass and energy balances, operating procedures).
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, R&D scientists, and operations via virtual channels.
