You will collaborate with plant engineers and operations personnel worldwide, using advanced modeling and simulation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering required.
- 7+ years of process engineering experience focusing on optimization.
- Proficiency with Aspen Plus or HYSYS and data analysis tools.
- Experience with advanced process control strategies and implementation.
- Excellent remote communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing chemical processes using historical data and simulation tools to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve yield, reduce energy consumption and minimize waste.
- Utilize APC techniques and modeling software to enhance stability and efficiency.
- Provide remote technical support to plant operations teams worldwide.
- Prepare detailed reports with financial justifications and projected benefits.
- Stay updated on new process optimization technologies and methodologies.
