Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in process design, troubleshooting and project execution.
• Proficiency with process simulation and modeling software (Aspen Plus, ChemCAD).
• Ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams virtually.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of new chemical processes and plant modifications.
• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement advanced process control and safety systems.
• Conduct process simulations and risk assessments (HAZOP) and scale-up studies.
• Provide technical mentorship to a distributed team of engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations in a remote setting.
