Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
- 10+ years of experience in chemical process design and development with a proven track record.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and optimization of complex chemical processes.
- Conduct process simulations, data analysis and economic evaluations for decision-making.
- Develop and manage process documentation including P&IDs and energy balances.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations and environmental policies.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshoot process-related issues with site teams.
- Mentor engineers and promote continuous improvement and technical excellence.
