Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years in front office management with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing front office operations for multiple properties remotely is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and remote team development skills.
• Deep knowledge of hotel operations, front desk procedures, and guest service principles.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of front office operations for multiple properties remotely.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standards and procedures for front desk, concierge, and guest relations.
• Lead, train, and mentor a remote team of front office managers and staff.
• Ensure efficient management of reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Monitor KPIs related to front office and guest satisfaction; drive improvements.
• Implement strategies to enhance guest experience, efficiency, and revenue.
