Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management, with a significant focus on luxury or boutique properties.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple hotel properties or a large-scale hotel operation.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the boutique and luxury hotel market dynamics.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and operational software.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable operational improvements.
