Placements24 is seeking a Remote HR Generalist to contribute to strategic HR projects from anywhere in South Africa. You will help design and implement HR initiatives, improve processes, and support organizational change in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 4+ years in HR with project experience, strong HR knowledge including employment law, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR, with exposure to project management or strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and project management software is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate virtually across teams.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the design and implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
• Support various HR projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and cultural initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
• Assist in developing and delivering HR training programs for employees and managers.
• Manage communication plans for HR initiatives to ensure stakeholder buy-in.
• Provide HR support and guidance on complex employee relations matters as needed.
