Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a forward-thinking Remote HR Generalist to contribute to strategic HR projects across South Africa. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in SA while supporting organizational change and HR process improvements.

You will design and implement HR policies, support system implementations, deliver training, analyze data for decision-making, and communicate initiatives to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 4+ years in HR with exposure to projects or strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR projects including system implementations, process improvements, and cultural initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
• Assist in developing and delivering HR training programs for employees and managers.
• Manage communication plans for HR initiatives to ensure stakeholder buy-in.
• Provide HR support and guidance on complex employee relations matters as needed.
