Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Human Resources Specialist to support operations across South Africa. You will manage HR inquiries, administer policies, and contribute to HR projects from a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years' HR experience, and strong SA labor law knowledge. Excellent virtual communication and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with remote work preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and South African labor law.
• Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and standard productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote HR support and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Manage employee data and HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality within the HRIS.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Support the administration of performance management cycles and employee development initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in a remote work context.
