Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives for a fully remote global team. Based in Sandton but operating remotely, you will shape HR strategy, drive talent management, and align people programs with business goals.

You will partner with executive leadership on compensation, employee relations, organizational development, and change management, while mentoring the HR team to deliver exceptional employee experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience leading global or multi-location HR initiatives and remote teams.
