Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst for a fully remote position. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and FP&A analyses to influence profitability and strategic decisions across the organization.

Join a collaborative finance team and translate complex numbers into actionable insights for senior leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of financial principles and corporate finance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills for a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and prior periods, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive management.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand financial needs and provide strategic insights.
• Continuously improve financial reporting processes and analytical tools.
