Placements24 partners with a leading direct-to-consumer brand in sustainable lifestyle to hire a Senior E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager. This fully remote role leads paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok and other channels to grow online sales and LTV.

You will develop, implement, and optimize high-impact paid media strategies, analyze campaigns, run A/B tests, collaborate with creative and analytics teams, and present forecasting and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related quantitative field; MBA/Master's is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior e-commerce role.
• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling paid media campaigns with large annual budgets.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and other major platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of web analytics, attribution modeling and customer segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display and affiliate channels.
• Manage and optimize multi-platform budgets to achieve KPI targets (ROI, CPA, ROAS).
• Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead A/B testing for creatives, landing pages and targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and e-commerce.
• Coordinate with CRM/email teams for retargeting and customer journeys.
• Develop forecasting models and performance reports for leadership.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and platform reps.
• Drive innovation and explore new channels for customer acquisition.
