Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and affiliates. You will analyze performance metrics, run A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our online platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and social platforms.
Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs.
Experience with Google Analytics and CRO/A/B testing.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms.
Monitor and optimize performance focusing on CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
Analyze data and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Manage affiliate marketing and recruit new affiliates.
Collaborate with content and creative teams on ad copy and visuals.
Stay updated on performance marketing trends and best practices.
Prepare regular performance reports for management and maximize ROI.
