Placements24 is seeking a Remote E-commerce Performance Marketing Lead to drive growth across paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels. You will manage large budgets, optimize campaigns for ROAS, and collaborate with creative and content teams in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of e-commerce paid media experience, strong analytics, and leadership capabilities to shape the performance marketing function at a growing e-commerce brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Marketing/Business/Statistics).
• 5–7 years in e-commerce performance marketing with a focus on paid media.
• Proven track record managing large ad budgets and achieving ROAS growth.
• Expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major paid media platforms.
• Strong analytics skills with web analytics tools and bid-management platforms.
• Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate channels.
• Manage and optimize large advertising budgets to hit ROAS and CAC goals.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign setup for maximum effectiveness.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and assets.
• Oversee tracking and attribution models to measure effectiveness.
• Identify and test new channels and technologies for growth.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in performance marketing.
• Lead and mentor junior team members as the company scales.
