Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Senior E-commerce Performance Marketer to join our remote-first team. You will develop and optimize data-driven paid campaigns to acquire customers, boost conversions, and grow revenue across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong e-commerce focus.
• Demonstrated success managing and scaling paid campaigns across platforms.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms, plus analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO techniques is essential.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CLTV, and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid media strategies across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through optimized campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management.
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and structures.
• Monitor KPIs and provide reports with actionable insights.
• Budget management to achieve target ROAS and CPA.
• Collaborate with content/creative teams for compelling ads.
• Stay updated on performance marketing trends and e-commerce ads.
• Explore new channels and technologies for growth opportunities.
• Align performance marketing with overall business objectives.
