The role requires 5+ years in performance marketing, strong analytics, and experience with e-commerce. A passion for sports and leisure markets is highly advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven performance marketing experience, with e-commerce focus.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets and delivering growth.
• Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and related platforms.

• Develop and manage cross-channel performance marketing strategies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others).
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to optimize campaigns.
• Monitor budgets, optimize spend, and maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to create compelling ads and landing pages.
• Stay updated on trends in digital advertising and the sports/e-commerce sector.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad elements to drive improvements.
• Track KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CAC.
