Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our fully remote growth team. You will drive user acquisition, engagement and revenue through data-driven paid media across SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate channels, collaborating with global teams to maximize ROI.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing with paid acquisition.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics and attribution tools.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools and CRO.
• Strong communication and collaboration for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels.
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets to hit KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Use analytics tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with creative teams on ad copy and visuals.
• Analyze data and provide actionable optimization insights.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital advertising.
• Manage relationships with platforms and networks.
