Placements24 is seeking a Lead Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our remote-first paid acquisition efforts across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and more. You will design, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns, manage budgets, and mentor a distributed team to drive customer growth and revenue.

In this remote, globally-minded role, you will shape the performance roadmap, partner with creative and analytics teams, and report on KPIs to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a significant focus on paid acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a data-driven performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and profitability.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Oversee budget allocation and performance across all paid channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Lead the analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals aligned with campaign objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Develop and manage reporting dashboards to track KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Identify new growth opportunities and channels for customer acquisition.
