Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in e-commerce marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drove revenue growth.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.

• Develop and implement data-driven e-commerce marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and customer lifetime value.
• Manage and optimize paid search (SEM), paid social, and display advertising campaigns across platforms.
• Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

• Create and manage engaging content strategies for website, blog, and social channels.
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams for cohesive branding and promotions.
• Manage the e-commerce marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on e-commerce marketing trends and best practices.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
