Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of curriculum design experience, preferably in a remote or distributed team.
• Experience creating educational content for online, blended, and in-person delivery.
• Proven ability to design high-quality content and assessments.
• Portfolio of curriculum development projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum frameworks aligned with standards and learning objectives.
• Create engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and digital content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educators.
• Pilot and evaluate curriculum effectiveness; revise to improve outcomes.
• Lead online workshops and training for educators on new curricula.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive learning in all materials.
