Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative and experienced Remote Instructional Designer to join our fully remote team. You will design and develop instructional materials, e-learning modules, and training programs that meet clear learning objectives.

Collaborating with SMEs and multimedia developers, you will apply ADDIE or SAM models, create storyboards, scripts, and interactive courses using Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, and align outcomes with assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of instructional design and e-learning development experience.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging instructional content including e-learning courses, job aids, and facilitator guides.
• Apply ADDIE/SAM models to create effective learning solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and analyze content requirements.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and content outlines for multimedia learning experiences.
• Utilize authoring tools to build interactive courses and assessments.
• Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness.
• Ensure materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with objectives.
• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a remote setting.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in e-learning.
