Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Digital Learning Specialist to design, develop, and implement innovative digital learning experiences for learners and educators across South Africa. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in SA and to collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to create engaging content.

The ideal candidate will apply ADDIE/SAM models, leverage Articulate Storyline, Rise and Captivate, ensure

Qualifications

5+ years in instructional design or e-learning development.
Experience with multiple LMS platforms and authoring tools.
Portfolio showcasing digital learning projects is required.

Responsibilities

Develop engaging, interactive, and pedagogically sound digital learning modules.
Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and translate information into learning materials.
Create multimedia-rich content using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
Incorporate UX/UI best practices for digital learning platforms.
Foster learner engagement and manage online learning communities.
Perform needs analyses to identify gaps and propose solutions.
Evaluate program effectiveness via data and feedback.
Mentor junior designers and content developers.
Ensure content meets accessibility standards and branding guidelines.
