Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of engaging online learning experiences for a global audience. This fully remote role emphasizes adult learning, storyboarding, multimedia integration, and collaboration with SMEs, graphic designers, and multimedia developers.

You will apply ADDIE/SAM models, create assessments, and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design or Educational Technology.
• Minimum 7 years of instructional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with authoring tools and e-learning development software.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning courses, workshops, and training materials.
• Apply adult learning theories (ADDIE/SAM) to create effective solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and define learning objectives.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements for modules.
• Utilize authoring tools to build engaging online courses.
• Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluation strategies.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay current with trends in instructional design and digital education.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior instructional designers.
