Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in compliance in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of South African financial services legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate complex regulatory requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Certifications such as CCEP or CRCM are advantageous.
