The ideal candidate will have substantial compliance experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide staff on compliance matters while collaborating with auditors and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management within the financial services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of South African financial regulations (e.g., FAIS Act, FICA, POPIA).
• Proven experience in conducting compliance risk assessments and audits.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in compliance management software and MS Office Suite.
• High degree of integrity and attention to detail.
• Experience in building strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
