Job summary

Outbound Partners, a leading outsourced SDR company, is building a South Africa-based team to call into the UK market. This fully remote, full-time SDR role focuses on pitching UK decision makers and booking qualified meetings.

You’ll work 90% of your time on the phone with heavy emphasis on outbound sales and will benefit from in-house dialler tech and world-class sales training. Hours follow UK time, with South Africa daylight saving adjustments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of outbound phone sales experience (SDR, BDR, telesales or call centre sales).
• Clear, confident spoken English that a UK buyer understands first time.
• A phone weapon, comfortable with rejection and booking meetings.
• Fibre internet of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload by start date.
• Backup power for loadshedding, a quiet private workspace and a decent laptop and headset.
• A positive, winning attitude. Driven and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling UK technology buyers and booking qualified meetings.
• Running our parallel dialler to maximize conversations.
• Engaging prospects at C-suite to mid-market levels.
• Leading short discovery conversations to uncover challenges and secure the next steps.
