Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive top-of-funnel activity across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalized outreach to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

The role requires strong written communication, familiarity with outbound tools, and the ability to manage your own pipeline in Salesforce/SalesLoft. Remote work within South Africa is supported.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
