Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel activity across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls to seed opportunities for Account Executives.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach and high-quality interactions, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining quality.

Qualificações

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS preferred).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
