Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline nationwide. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You will craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, maintain accurate records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and continually test messaging to improve targeting. This is a remote role within South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR roles; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
