Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You will craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, and maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records while collaborating with Account Executives to drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
