Blacksmith Agency is looking for a Sales Development Representative across South Africa who can open doors, build the pipeline and set discovery calls with qualified decision makers. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, crafting personalized outreach, and maintaining clean Salesforce records.

This is a remote role in South Africa; you will work with tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Formación

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• SDR/BDR experience in agency or SaaS is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
